Think you don't have time to eat healthy or cook. All it takes is planning. Set aside some time each week to shop for good fruits and vegetables. Once you get these items home, organize the healthy snacks into quick and easy grab bags. For example, I use Saturday to shop and Sunday to organize for the coming week. I cut up all my vegies that won't spoil, like onions, peppers, and celery and place them in snack sized zip bags so when I don't have time to prep during the week I can grab and go or grab and quickly cook since it is all chopped up.
